The ICWA does not specifically provide for notice in voluntary proceedings.

25 U.S.C. § 1914

The ICWA provides that the Indian tribe may petition the court to invalidate a termination order, however, if that action violated any provision of 25 U.S.C. § 1913. It may be prudent to provide notice in voluntary proceedings, therefore, even though such notice is not required.
