E.  Compliance with the Treatment Plan


C.R.S. § 19-3-702(6)
The court should assess compliance with the treatment plan and amend it if necessary. The court should determine if progress is being made to resolve the problems that led to placement.

Amending the treatment plan may be necessary when there have been significant changes, such as parents filing for divorce. A failure to amend the plan, however, is not fatal at a subsequent termination if the issues addressed remain the same.
