| E. Compliance with the Treatment Plan |
| C.R.S. § 19-3-702(6) |

Amending
the
treatment plan may be necessary when there have been significant
changes, such
as parents filing for divorce. A
failure
to amend the plan, however, is not fatal at a subsequent termination if
the
issues addressed remain the same.
